Making $30 a day is equivilent to earning an extra $900 a month which can be a life changing amount of money for most people and families.
It's an amazing goal to set and completely possible to reach.
In this post, I'll explore the best ways to make $30 a day, quick ways to make more money, and much more. Let's get started!

Taking paid surveys is one of the easiest ways to make 30 dollars a day online.
With this method, you'll get paid to complete surveys in your spare time and you can easily make $30 a day or more.
There are many different platforms you can use to make money but some of my favorites include:
I've found that Rakuten Insight offers some of the highest paying surveys but doesn't have quite as many available as InboxDollars.
Survey Junkie is another strong survey site because it offers the ability to take paid focus groups where you can earn up to $150 per focus group you complete.
As a bonus, some survey sites give you free money so you can make money doing nothing!
For example, both InboxDollars and Swagbucks will give you $5 or $10 completely free.
Ultimately, taking paid surveys can be an easy option to start making money online and it's possible to make $30 a day if you're willing to dedicate the time to it.
While you won't make a fortune with this method – it can make you the cash you need.
2. Start Freelancing
Freelancing is another excellent option to make 30 dollars a day by selling your skills to companies who need them.
Whether you're skilled at video editing or writing – you can make great money through freelancing.
Depending on the skills you have, you can sometimes earn over $100 an hour for your time which makes it super easy to make 30 dollars a day.
There are many different types of freelance jobs for beginners and those with experience no matter what skills you have so this is a great way to get paid for your time.
For example, freelance writing is one of my favorite ways to make money because it's relatively easy to get started and there's always a demand for good writers.
I know many writers who make $3,000 per month from their writing and best of all, you can do your work from the comfort of your home!

3. Try Blogging
Blogging can be a fun side hustle that pays well if you're willing to do the work.
Some people consider this a passive side hustle because once your blog is built, it can continue making money without having to work on it continuously.
Now, blogging can take a significant amount of time and effort to become profitable and start making money – but it's one of my favorite methods to escape the rat race and reach your goals.
Before you start a blog, it's vital to think about what you want to write about and what you're interested in.
You can blog about anything – so it's best to pick something that you enjoy so you don't get burnt out.
For example, if you enjoy hiking and the outdoors – start a blog about that!
To get started, you can purchase a domain name from a registrar like Namecheap and then buy hosting through SiteGround.
These are the platforms I've used to scale my blogs to over $10k a month in income!
Once you've purchased these, you can install WordPress or another CMS and pick a theme for your site.
It should take less than a few hours to get your blog up and running with SiteGround because they offer a handy one-click WordPress installation.
Finally, you can start writing blog posts and promoting them to the world.
It's important to have a strategy for your blog in order to make it successful.
For example, you need to have a plan to drive traffic to your site.
It could be through SEO, social media like Pinterest, or even email marketing.
While every channel has its own advantages and disadvantages, I recommend SEO as a long term way to build your blog into an income producing asset.
Blogs can make money through several ways including:
- Display ads
- Affiliate marketing
- Selling sponsored posts
- Selling digital products and courses
The amount you can make will ultimately depend on the amount of traffic you're able to drive to your sites.
But, if you're able to attract a decent amount of visitors – you can make some good money with your blog.
For example, my blogs easily earn $6,000 a month but I know some bloggers who make $50k a month from their sites!
It's not going to happen overnight, however.
In many cases, it can take months, if not years to make a decent income from your sites.
So, if you're looking for the fastest way to make 30 dollars a day – this probably isn't the option for you.
But if you're looking for a long term method to quit your job, make tons of money, and even retire early – I highly recommend blogging!
4. Try Gig Apps
Gig apps have become extremely popular over recent years with people flocking to these platforms to have food delivered, pick up a ride, or have someone look over their animals.
Between food delivery apps like Doordash and pet sitting platforms like Rover – it's easier than ever to make money on the side.
Some of my favorite gig apps include:
The amount you can make will depend on your city and the current demand but it's possible to make over $20 per hour for most apps.
For example, I know some people who make $150 a day just by pet sitting with Rover. Who wound't want to make money hanging out with animals!?
With gig apps, you will need to dedicate some time in order to make money, but even if it's just a few hours a week, you can make a decent income and easily make 30 dollars a day.
5. Investing
Earning passive income sounds like a dream, but it's actually so much easier to get started than you think.
By investing in compound interest accounts you can begin to build your passive income streams and even make money daily from your investments.
For example, investing in the stock market is a super simple way to grow your money and you can get started with as little as $5 by using Acorns (and you'll get $10 free!).
You can also use a real estate investing app like Arrived to invest in real estate with as little as $100.
Now, making $30 a day from investing is either going to require some time, or a large amount of money.
Assuming an average ETF return of around 7% to 8% annually, it will require over $1 million to earn 30 dollars a day.
By don't let this discourage you!
Every dollar matters. So if you can contribute any amount you can slowly build your way up to your goal.
You might start by making $5 a day and over time grow it to make $25 a day and then $30 a day.
6. Do Odd Jobs
Odd jobs are some great ways to earn cash for your time.
While these might not be the most fun ways to earn money – they are extremely effective in getting cash in your pocket.
So, what exactly are odd jobs?
Well, they can be just about anything.
Maybe it's mulching a garden bed or helping a family move their furniture.
You can find odd jobs on sites like TaskRabbit, Facebook, and Craigslist.
And the best part?
You can often find these gigs for $30 or more!
For example, you can make $39 pert hour assembling furniture in my area through TaskRabbit. Not bad!
7. Get Paid to Shop
Using cash back apps like Ibotta can be another great way to make extra money without having to do anything extra.
While it's going to be tough to earn $30 a day just from this method, it can be a great cash injection into your wallet by doing nothing.
Apps like Ibotta work by offering you free cash whenever you make a purchase at their participating retailers. You can use the app when shopping online or you can upload your receipts when shopping in store.
Depending on the current offers and the store you're shopping at, you can earn anywhere from 2% to over 10% in cash back on your purchase.
This means a $100 purchase could make you $10 fast!
8. Earn Money as a Virtual Assistant
If you want to make extra money online, working as a virtual assistant is a great option to consider.
With this remote job, you'll get paid to complete various tasks for business owners ranging from updating a website, to posting on social media, and more.
This is a high paying side hustle that just about anyone can start regardless of your skills.
Most VAs will earn between $20 and $30 per hour, but some can charge over $50 per hour!

There are plenty of part time jobs hiring making it extremely easy to find a job in a few days or less.
